Progress and Time

Mother Fucker…START NOW.

Do you have the time? No. No you don’t. You make it. You carve it out of the schedule. You dig the ticks of distraction that suck the energy and willpower out of your day, your habits or your schedule. Rip, Burn or Cut the complacency leeches from your Soles and get moving

Into the Tool Shed: Training up to the 20 rep Squat

my typical squat training day leading up to this would look something like:

3 sets empty bar, squats to 20
2 sets walking lunges unloaded or 2 sets of 5 back bridge
First set of squats to 20, 20% load
Second set 40% load
Third set either 80% load, progressive depth or 20% load, done ass to grass
Fourth set either 100% load amrap or 60% load, plus chains (70ish percent) to 20

I would then spend 10-15min allowing myself to cool down and return to resting HR while doing Cassock Squats, empty leg kick backs or a hip opening wall stretch
